“A Peek Beneath: What We Learned from Historical Archeology at the Wilson Bruce Evans House”

David Klinge, Historical Archeologist and Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of ASC Group, Historical and Environmental Consultants, will talk about what was recovered in the historical archeology conducted around the historic Wilson Bruce Evans House in Summer 2024.  He will discuss the process, the discoveries, and how this work will help illuminate the life of an African American abolitionist and his family.
