Photos of the Evans House under Rehabilitation

These images document the transformation of the Wilson Bruce Evans House over the past five years under the auspices of the Wilson Bruce Evans Home Historical Society with funding from the Nordson Corporation Foundation, Nord Family Foundation, Bill Long Foundation, National Underground Railroad Network to Freedom, Ohio State Historic Preservation Office, Ohio History Connection, Historic Preservation Fund of the National Park Service, Ohio Humanities, the State of Ohio, and private donors. Phase 1 of the project addressed the roof, porch, and Italianate brick facade of the front part of the house. Phase 2, currently in process, encompasses the rehabilitation of the wooden rear portion of the house and the addition of an annex with a universally accessible entrance.
